As a TechnoFunctional Ecosystem Architect
I’m building the future intersection of:
🧠 Knowledge
🤖 AI
🏢 Enterprise Transformation
💰 Capital
🎓 Workforce Development
🌎 Community Impact
I transform complexity into clarity.
For more than two decades, I have led enterprise transformation initiatives across automotive, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and community ecosystems, helping organizations bridge the gap between people, processes, technology, and measurable impact.
As Founder of J. Ferrara Consulting Solutions, I advise organizations on ERP and SAP S/4HANA transformation, knowledge management, organizational change, workforce strategy, and AI-enabled business transformation.
My career spans leadership roles supporting Fortune 500 organizations including General Motors, BASF, Molson Coors, Tenneco, DRiV, healthcare systems, private & public sector initiatives. Throughout these experiences, I have focused on one core challenge:
How do organizations preserve, activate, and scale knowledge?
This question inspired the creation of RootIntelligence™, a human-centered framework and ecosystem focused on knowledge, identity, workforce development, digital equity, and AI-enabled innovation.
Through RootIntelligence™ and ECHO, I work with corporations, startups, educational institutions, nonprofits, and economic development organizations to build integrated systems that strengthen communities while accelerating business outcomes.
Beyond enterprise consulting, I serve as:
• Founding Director, Techqueria Milwaukee & Detroit • Wisconsin Chapter Board Leader, ASUG • Workforce Development & Technology Ecosystem Builder • Speaker, Moderator & Community Advocate • Marquis Who’s Who Honoree
As a Chilean-born adoptee and Midwest Latina in Tech Community leader, I bring a unique perspective to building inclusive innovation ecosystems that connect people, knowledge, technology, capital, and community.
